Careers in Manufacturing and Maintenance
To operate optimally and maintain quality and flexibility, we have significant manufacturing capabilities that produce over 90 percent of all of our product components in-house. Our workshop teams maintain our tool fleet and other technologies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness when it is most needed. With a number of factories and workshops around the world, we offer a wide range of possible options for anyone interested in working with us in these state-of-the-art facilities.
Your future working environment
A role in our manufacturing facilities or one of our workshops means working with cutting-edge machinery to produce and maintain a variety of electronic, mechanical and plastic components. We use semi-automated production lines to manufacture hundreds of thousands of high-quality parts each year. Under rigorous ISO, API and other recognized QHSE accreditations, our development and manufacturing processes are safe, efficient and well controlled.
Manufacturing expertise
In addition to our significant mechanical and electronic manufacturing, we are one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of hot-cast polyurethane elastomer with our own chemical factory. Here, we produce pipe caps, hydrocyclones, magnets, and sensors embedded in polyurethane, among other things. Our experienced production team develops complete solutions and is able to create its own formulas with unique properties tailored to customer’s needs.
Attention to detail
The level of quality of our manufacturing facilities and maintenance programs demands a high level of skill, problem solving ability and attention to detail. We require competent candidates who enjoy working with their hands and being part of multi skilled, high functioning and committed teams. You will receive extensive training and qualifications, be responsible for manufacturing and/or assembling key components on our high-technology tools, and receive the support necessary to progress your career with us.
